My culinary story started in 1996 when I was 12 years old as an apprentice on meat and kebab at Gökkuşağı Restaurant in Yakacık. Afterwards, he continued at Dörtler Meat Restaurant in Bostancı. Afterwards, I worked with Duayen Cüneyt ASAN Usta, the founding owner of Günaydın Et A.Ş for 20 years, and I always kept my knowledge in all branches on Meatball Doner, Steak House Burger and kebab, and this was not enough, I started foreign projects and started Steak in Kazakhstan. I established a mixed concept restaurant chain on House Kebap Burger. With this knowledge, I started to provide the healthiest, additive-free and delicious burgers and steaks in Turkey.
